There are many kinds of insults which are bearable. But when people of authority, mandated to look after the welfare of its people, on one of the basic necessities of life, served water hazardous to human life, that is a humungous insult bigger than saying 'god is stupid.'

I want everyone who reads this blog to look at the picture....because this is the kind of water delivered and served by the town of Talibon's publicly owned water supply. If you will not feel angry about the immense neglect of human safety and well- being of its people. Tell me that you are not human.

TALIBON, a supposedly prosperous town of Bohol province in the Central Visayas Region is the hometown of the late Philippine president Carlos P. Garcia. Again, it is also the birthplace of now Vatican envoy and Permanent Observer to the United Nations in New York. It is also the birthplace of a judge- Judge Marivic Daray. It is also the town that produces a lot of priests. This town is also the hub of catholics with one of the oldest cathedrals with ongoing beautification projects. The town have a Bishop. The town is home to my Alma Matter owned by the Augustinian Sisters. And this? NOT A SOUL standing up to hold the Talibon Water District accountable for many, many years?

What place is this? Where is the mayor, the vice- mayor, the town's councillors, the Baranggay Captains, the Health Inspectors of Talibon? Are they all brainless? What a shame when no one puts up effigies and burn faces of unworthy public officials in a highly beautiful landmarks such as the cathedral of Talibon or in front the Municipal building and make a statement.

Oh...we are not the confrontational type. I got it.  Talibongnons are obedient and religious. So now, drink that water.  For many years, everyone in Talibon Water District think they are invincible. Now, everyone has to go and there should be enough reason to replace everyone!

TALIBON WATER DISTRICT Management is also threatening anyone complaining about the water to have their water supply cut off. Then let them and then sue them big for failing to supply and provide the basic needs of life. Isn't this like, a place where tolerance of abuse thrive? Is it because we know each other? Is it because no one had the guts to bring this Advocacy to the helm? Yes, the riding en tandem...they could be lurking somewhere to bust your head if you roll like a hero. But in magnitudes, it will become uncontainable. An Advocate is necessary in this type of abuse from people in authority.

COME ON TALIBONGNONS! You are better than this! Stand up! Where are the priests, the nuns in the towns of Talibon? Oh...it doesn't bother them because they can afford buying filtered water. What about the middle class? I see...even the businesses in Talibon  can afford to buy water bottles for their own needs.

This is infuriating and this cannot be resolved anymore with simple talks. And here's what everyone using this water. STOP and refused paying your bills. Let them cut your water supply. Right now.

There are a lot of options and actions to be taken that needs to be done now:

1) ENLIST FORENSIC AUDITORS TO CHECK THEIR BOOKS AND FINANCES
2) REPLACE EVERYONE IN THE BOARD AND THE MANAGEMENT...EVERYONE!
3) ENLIST LAWYERS WILLING TO DO PRO BONO FOR CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.
4) FOR CONSUMERS...REFUSED THE PAYMENT and let them cut the supply. NEGLECT OF DUTIES IN PROVIDING BASIC NECESSITY OF LIFE.

How would Bishops and priests keep their silence on this? Oh...everyone's peeing on their pants? What a shame!

Yeah...'god must be stupid!" Or URGENT ACTION FROM HIGHER AUTHORITIES IS NOW A PRIORITY.

Or these "human gods" in the Talibon Water District will forever think every Talibongnon is stupid, dumb and brainless.
