A Local Talent In Toronto On Indie Film

Charlene Franco- Salehinejad as "Mary"  on her first supporting role on a film.

[Erratum: Charlene's role is "Myrna" and no "Mary" on 'Forced To Let Go' film]

There is a reason why I had to pry open every important casts of characters on "Forced To Let Go" true-to-life story of "Mangarap Ka" films because I wanna make sure this film is worthy of our time and support. Google paid for my blogs so who cares about the production staff, the stars of this film if I come out short of motivation to support this film? I cannot sugarcoat my narratives in case they will withdraw from patronizing my blogs or community events. We need  to construct the framework in which this film is made of in terms of its emerging artists. Because I don't believe on utilizing famous actors and actresses. Beginners and first-timers are best because this is where innocence and genuine emotions flow. It's like knowing Liezel Malicay who played "Tina" on this film and how brilliant she is, both as an amateur actress but also, her personal life shared to us. I admired women with guts and determination. They are the real Achievers in the world at large. The world despised our women because most of us are working as household help and then we find a way to come to Canada where our brand is a little elevated as 'Live-In Caregivers.' Some, after getting their landed status, wanted to shy away from who they were refusing to admit they were Caregivers. However, some stayed on as Caregivers for life. No offence meant, what we do want are for Caregivers to move upward with their dreams and elevate themselves academically because Canada offered so many opportunities to immigrants and be who  they are in their fields and do the things for what they really love to do.

Charlene Franco-Salehindejad who played  a supporting role as "Myrna" on the film "Forced To Let Go" of "Mangarap Ka" Films, pushes boundaries as a single devoted mom to her only son Justin who is turning 16 this July. One reason why this neophyte in acting find so much strength to try every opportunity that comes her way. A student of York University taking up Bachelor of Social Work Honours (Post grad) and is currently completing her placement work at Kababayan Multicultural Centre because she wanted to continuously engage in the field to develop  a critical and anti-oppressive practices. Charlene is also studying at George Brown College aside from her full-time at York University taking up Advanced Community Support Certificate which she will finish in August 2018.

Charlene as Emcee of an event...

Aside from her academic pursuits, Charlene mainstains a loving relationship with her partner, Amir and son Justin. The two loves of her life. They are her inspiration and they fuelled her dreams. A dotting single mom who is now venturing into another phase of her life with the man she loves. The man who always stood by her even in the most delicate moments of building their dreams. Charlene exists on a well-balanced life. A lover of of extreme workouts and then let it go for a more subtle workouts as dancing to keep her mentally sharp and physically healthy.

Charlene is a neophyte in acting playing the role of a friend in the film, her role as "Myrna" maybe insignificant, but her presence in this documentary film is as valuable as its main character. New artists who've been brilliant in their career and personal life will remain brilliant as they project someone else on a story set to set your heart ablaze this coming March 3, 2018 at Toronto Centre for the Arts where a red carpet premiere show is already a sure hit in our community.

New pool of artists are coming together to build our own entertainment industry. Brilliant people knows that somewhere, somehow, we need to build our own universe of worthy celebrity from among us.
