Fienne Mendoza's wardrobe is overflowing with nice gowns, dresses and everything she needs as an artist. Her parents provided her with everything. But there is difference between performing on a regular basis than performing on her own concert.
It was part of planning her debut on a larger stage for Eaglet to be dressed up by a Fashion Guru. In return, I will have it flaunt depending on how good the outcome will be. I tried one at first, who then asked for a thousand dollars to do it. I looked at her in disbelief because why would I pay to dress Eaglet up? She didn't understand the opportunity and the concept I have presented to her; the vast promotion I can give her once Fienne Mendoza wore her clothes. Because here's what Eaglet is- a very sophisticated beauty once a make up artist does her face, the clothes will surely accentuate that hidden beauty akin to Fienne Mendoza. There is that kind of sophistication no Fashion Designer will regret putting on their clothes.
One part of why Fienne Mendoza became a consistent name to hear and an artist to watch is her being embedded in the community. "Anchored" is the word because she exudes generosity, passion and dedication of what she does. That quiet figure that walks behind me on long trips to help a community endeavour. It is her trademark to sing with pure honesty and courage for such a young age constantly thrown in front probing eyes of the audience.
There are people whom Fienne Mendoza helped in the past who knows how to give back and Jonathan De Leon is one of them. He offered to handle her concert outfits. I took him and his LUNIJO PRODUCTION CORPORATION Glam team to work on Fienne's fashion. I don't know much about Jonathan De Leon, saw him once at his event where Fienne Mendoza performed. I can readily say at that first encounter his refined personality, well-mannered and very educated. His presence speaks volumes. That was enough for me to trust that he will take care of my Eaglet.
On her initial fitting session, two gowns caught my eye; the one she wore at Meet & Greet and the one she wore at her Finale. The rest of the outfits I have no idea because I haven't seen the final fitting.
During the day of the concert, its Director, Jonathan De Leon came early and was on hand from the very beginning escorting Eaglet to her place of departure to the venue. When she arrived, Jonathan De Leon was in tow, always keeping a close watch on Eaglet quietly wherever she goes during the Meet & Greet. I was also watching him and was really proud of Jonathan for showing that kind of dedication, professionalism and respect to a young artist. We cannot do such thing alone; making Eaglet look so elegant without the knowledge and experience of Jonathan De Leon who brought 2 other members of his team on site.
As I watched from the control booth, on the first segment, I was expecting a long dress, or pants or something else because Eaglet is very conservative on her outfits. She gave me one rule; to wear nothing above the knee. But when she emerged on stage, she was showing her knee actually. I no longer have time to see all her clothes but I was told everything was fine. This one, with a pinch of green which matches the theme, and with a little too dangling an earring actually made her look so different. New to me and new to everyone.
The next outfit was fiery, showing a little more skin for Eaglet and a combination of bold colours; yellow, orange and a some red? The theatre lighting made her outfit look like a kaleidoscope. But one thing was clear, Jonathan De Leon perfectly showed the other side of Fienne Mendoza. Showing an age- appropriate style made my friends activate their messenger sending approval of Fienne's outfit. They loved her clothes!
My roommate who was at the backstage and who encountered Jonathan De Leon has all praises for Jonathan's professionalism in handling Fienne Mendoza. He is courteous, polished and quiet. You hardly know he is even there. We are lost for words in expressing our gratitude to LUNIJO PC for making Fienne Mendoza elegant, classy and beautiful. Jonathan De Leon is superb in displaying his creativity and knowledge of his craft.
